The Lake Lurleen Road Race

- Course: Same course as 2009, which will be staged from Lake Lurleen State Park. There is a $3 entry fee PER PERSON into Lake Lurleen Park, which is the staging area for the road race. The course is approximately a 10 mile loop with rolling hills and good pavement.

Register online at http://www.bikereg.com. (Online registration closes at 12 midnight on March 24, 2010), OR pre-register by sending a standard USAC release and check payable to VeloCity Pro Cycle to: VeloCity Pro Cycle, 2318 4th Street, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
Early package pick-up will be on Saturday, March 27th beginning at 8:00 am at VeloCity Pro Cycle, 2318 4th Street, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
You may register at Velocity Pro Cycle beginning at 8:00 am on Saturday, March 27th. Late charges will apply. Day-of-race registration for the criterium begins at 8:00 am and closes 30 minutes prior to each race. Day-of-race registration for the road race begins at 7:30 am and closes 30 minutes prior to each race. Late charges will apply.

General Information
Race results will be posted at www.velocityprocycle.com. All USAC rules will be in effect. All racers are required to wear an approved helmet at all times while on the bicycle. No one is allowed to warm up on the race course until he/she is registered and has signed a USAC waiver. Center-line warning is in effect for the road race. All races will be held rain or shine. The promoters reserve the right to adjust start times, distances, fields, and prize lists. Wheels in, wheels out. USAC permit has been applied for.
Professional event timing services will be provided by John & Barbara Rigby of Knoxville, TN.
